Our women's league is a Level One playing field, see bottom of page for details.
Highly skilled coaches use their positive and friendly feedback to help enhance your ability to play hockey. The coach will be behind the bench for additional assistance during the game. This is not a beginner league - we are professionally trained to work with all levels of hockey players.

Co-Ed Skills-Tactics and Conditioning
Skills-Drills and Conditioning program 2 hours every session. Professional coaching will be there for you during the 1hr of skills and 1hr hockey game to assist with your development. We promote "Fair and Safe Play" during our drills and hockey games amongst all players. This is not a learn to skate program - most players have decent to good skill levels when attending this program. The ratio of men to women will be approximately 3:1.

Co-Ed Adult Power Skating Plus
Training will focus on developing maximum power, speed, and acceleration into your stride. Balance is needed to optimize your skating technique and from our innovative exercises and expertise in teaching, you will gain more confidence with using your edges. Drills are broken down into simple parts and then progressed to fully understand how to skate properly. The "Plus" will be addition of pucks to these exercises to complete the developmental experience by not only stregthening puck-handling skills but also shooting and scoring tactics.

Our focus will be to teach the different breakout and transition strategies used in a hockey game. Learn how to correctly time your skating to stretch the ice and support the puck carrier. Players will learn when to skate to the opening, give and receive passes with confidence, and how to play intelligent hockey.

Each day consist of 2hrs on ice that includes a controlled scrimmage for a complete developmental experience reviewing exercises learned that session. Recommended for women players with a 4-5 skill level.

XWH: Extreme Women's Hockey - Level One Playing Field
Our women's league is a Level One playing field so to promote a fair and fun atmosphere for all teams participating.

Level One Team
Level-5 players: 2 maximum
Level-4 players: unlimited
Level-3 players: unlimited
Level-2 players: 3 maximum
Level-1 players: none

Level-5 players skate very well forwards and backwards. They carry the puck very well and can go end-to-end during a team rush. They have good acceleration and have a good shot when needed to score goals. These players stand out on the ice during a game.

Level-4 players skate forwards with speed, shoot and handle the puck well. These players tend to make good passes to teammates and are keeping up with the speed of play. They may need work on shooting or backwards skating or some part of their game.

Level-3 players have good forward skating and can carry the puck during the game. Players need to develop lateral and backward skating, in addition to deking, passing, shooting the puck and positional play during the hockey game.

Level-2 players need more forward speed, stopping, turning, and backward skating skills. Stick handling the puck is limited and shooting needs improvement.

Level-1 players need improvement in all areas of skating from stopping, turning, forward and backward acceleration.
